2019/20 have been a very tough time for everyone around the world, the world is presently suffering a deadly disease popularly known as Coronavirus (COVID-19), the virus has been a pandemic and more rampant in the developed countries and very few are affected in the underdeveloped countries.
The virus started from China, I remembered The United State Of President, Donald Trump has once called it ‘China Virus’. The virus has been an agitation between individuals debating what would have pushed China to create the virus without knowing it Vaccine, some do say it was because China wants to become the world and many debates without proper accreditation of facts.
So many affected countries have promulgated total lockdown to curb the spread of the virus. Some countries like America are doing house to house medical check-up and this expedient has helped them detect so many infected people that are yet to start feeling the symptoms.
The total number of affected people around the world presently is 2,356 414 while the number recorded dead is 160,120, the total number of affected countries is 213 with both areas and territory.
For you to have a busy lockdown and also keep you healthy, we have come up with four (4) daily exercises that will make this Lockdown worthwhile for you.
Entertainment: entertainment has been one of the most powerful arts of seeking and meeting the attention and interest of people, it also gives delight. Often times we get bored and helpless because we don’t know what to do. With the help of entertainment, we can get over any worries or boredom we can also use it relax after some chores. Different types of entertainment I’ll suggest you could engage when feeling any aforementioned above are, Watching movies like series or selections, reading storybooks, listening to music, dancing, music video and if possible you see a gathering of fewer than 10 people you can join in playing some games together that number of gathering can still help to keep a social distance.
Exercise: The lockdown has affected many of us from going to the gym and this would deform their body structure. Although going to the gym really enhances your exercise because they are well equipped with Machines, weights, and other equipment.
It’s going to four weeks that I have been to the gym last, but I do exercise and work on my fitness, And I’d say I am doing great.
I also support myself with some app on the store either from the playstore, IOS. If you haven’t started exercising I guess you need to start even if you are not a fan of one — gym will balance your fitness.
